Consultation 諮詢
我們首先了解車主的需求、駕駛習慣及個人風格。這階段我们会提供色板與物料樣本作參考。
We understand your needs, driving habits, and style. We provide leather swatches and samples for reference.
Design & Plan 設計
確定最終設計，包括縫線顏色、皮革紋理以及特殊的工藝要求（如打孔、壓花）。
Finalizing the design, including stitching color, texture, and special requirements like perforation or embossing.
Disassembly 拆卸
由專業技師小心拆卸內飾。我們會對每一個部件進行檢查，確保底板結構完好。
Professional disassembly and inspection to ensure the structural integrity of the base panels.
Patterning 打版
這是最關鍵的步驟。我們根據原有內飾製作精確的紙樣，並根據新物料的延展性進行微調。
The most critical step. We create precise patterns and fine-tune them for the specific stretch of the new materials.
Crafting 製作
使用德國 AMANN Serafil 線材進行縫製。我們強調「雙針縫法」的平行度與針距的一致性。
Using German AMANN threads. We obsess over the parallelism of double stitching and consistency.
Installation 安裝
精細回裝，確保所有電子部件（如電動座椅、窗戶）運作正常，並進行皮革護理。
Precise reassembly, ensuring all electronics function correctly, followed by final leather care.
